This Shochu gives off a strong sweet aroma of brown sugar. Brewed using brown sugar made from organic sugar cane grown in-house.

As it gives off a strong sweet aroma, it pairs perfectly with richly flavored dishes, Chinese cuisine, and spicy dishes such as curry.
